Our Environment
Our open plan environment is designed to promote healthy collaboration. It’s ALWAYS a team effort; after all, it’s more fun that way. We are all very passionate about what we do and enjoy sharing and learning from each other. Weekly peer training sessions provide the opportunity for you to learn skills outside your area of expertise. If you want to learn it, we’ll teach you.
There is plenty of scope to grow into different roles. We are a rapidly growing company that love seeing our people succeed. When we win we celebrate. When we fall short we just try harder. We’re a social and friendly bunch who is proud of what we do. We love a joke and often a BBQ on Friday.
