The Challenge
Broadcast Health are leaders in delivering learning and communication programs to health professionals in Australia and South East Asia. They needed an e-learning portal and re-vamped public web presence for efficient delivery of content to a variety of audiences.
The Solution
At the core of the application are strict security access rules that deliver a personalised view of data and actions unique to each user group.
The system enables the Broadcast health team to administer learning modules and assessment tools to deliver rich media through audio podcasts and user-friendly interfaces. The public website was also redeveloped to incorporate strong SEO methodologies and active content delivery.
Results
The performance of the new website and learning system significantly increased Broadcast Health’s user base. It is also allow them to reduce the need to produce CDs and gradually shift their customers online through podcasting technologies.
