PROJECT: Event/Resource Management Application

The Challenge

School events are complex! When organising an event there are students, teachers, parents and outside organisations all requiring multiple approvals, venues, catering and other equipment. It’s a challenging workflow process that we have wrapped up in one neat application for Brisbane Girls Grammar School.

The Solution

The solution is a calendar of internal and external events that is driven by a unique interface specifically suited to control approvals and publication of events in an easy-to-use system. Vertical sliders, boxes and AJAX collide in a solution where form meets function.

Results

Inline chat, drag and drop inventory and contact management. This application does it all! The school now runs on a single events system that can be accessed anywhere, complies with the approvals workflow and makes organising events a breeze in a potentially complex environment.
