Lite n’ Easy

Brands with a household name require more creative ways to maintain an engaging ‘conversation’ with its customers. Lite ‘n’ Easy created a ‘success stories’ video portal, which allowed them to showcase live testimonials from real customers and link this to the buying process. It also enabled other customers to contribute their story and join the conversation.

Our strategy team where also heavily involved in user behaviour analytics to establish a strategy for a new membership ecommerce project (yet to be launched).
